Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 10–18 business days
- Europe: 12–20 business days
- International (US, Canada, Australia, Japan, and 30+ other countries): 15–30 business days
Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Total delivery time from order placement may be up to 35 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and the individual supplier fulfilling your order. During peak periods such as Christmas or public holidays, deliveries may take longer than usual.
Multiple Items As we work with multiple suppliers, items in the same order may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. You may receive more than one tracking number for a single order.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking details to update after dispatch.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@promeand.co.uk and we will investigate with our suppliers on your behalf.
